Shipping Methods
All parcels are shipped with our freight service provider Australia Post to your nominated delivery address.
At the time your parcel is lodged with Australia Post you will receive a text message to your mobile phone number, advising you of your tracking number and the estimated date of delivery.
Delivery Guidelines
All tutus and dancewear are Made to Order. Due to the customized nature of our product, sizing and options available, you will need to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery from the time you placed your order. Production delivery times have slowed as a result of Covid-19 however we are carrying some stock for individual items.
If you have an urgent order please Contact Us to discuss the required delivery date and we will do our best to assist. Please remember our delivery times time may change during busy seasonal times of the year.
